History

 Founded in 1927 STM is one of Brantford longest standing businesses in the community, serving over 90 years.

STM Construction has a proud tradition in the Ontario Construction industry which began in 1927 as Shultz Construction Ltd. In 1975 Shultz retired and the business was then to be formed by partners Tom Taylor and CoJim Moyer. The pair began to concentrate its efforts towards design/build construction and project management, as well as continuing to maintain an active role as a competitive general contractor. The name STM was chosen to reflect the history of the company Shultz - taylor - Moyer.In 1999, Tom Taylor retired and passed on to Vincent Geerdink and thus became STM Construction Ltd. 

President Robert Box now leads the way and STM Construction continues its long legacy of excellence with a commitment to maintaining its traditions while earning its own reputation for professionalism and first - rate building.
